For the purpose of reforming of system of the state support of the sphere of science and innovations, according to Articles 18, of 19, of 26, of 27, 28 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About science", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

1) Regulations on Fonda of science of the Ministry of science, the higher education and innovations of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;

2) the Procedure for realization of basic, program and target and grant financing of scientific and scientific and technical activities in the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2;

3) Regulations on procedure for the organization and conducting independent scientific and scientific and technical examination according to appendix 3.

2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment terms of work and the number of staff of employees of the scientific and scientific and technical organizations" of February 7, 2025 No. 64 the following changes:
