About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on system of the preliminary information about passengers and data on records of registration of passengers" of March 19, 2025 No. 138
For the purpose of enhancement of activities of authorized state body in the field of ensuring national security of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on system of the preliminary information about passengers and data on records of registration of passengers" of March 19, 2025 No. 138 the following changes:
- in Item 2 of the word "Anti-terrorist Center of the State Committee of Homeland Security of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "The state committee of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic";
in the Regulations on system of the preliminary information on passengers and data on records of registration of passengers approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 2:
the ninth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"The operator - the State committee of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
in paragraph ten of the word "The State Customs Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "The State Customs Service under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic";
- in Item 26 of the word of "the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On information of personal nature" shall be replaced with words "legislations on legal regulation in the digital circle".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
