For the purpose of control the Federal Service of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation and its territorial authorities (further - control facility) perform observance of requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation by the private security organizations in the field of private security activities for the basis, stipulated in Item 5 these rules (further - scheduled inspection), and check of observance by the private security organizations of requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of private security activities for one of the bases, stipulated in Item 15 these rules (further - unscheduled inspection).
