About introduction of amendments to some Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and recognition No. 1050 which voided orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 9, 2009

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 9, 2009 No. 1050 "About approval of standard form of the specification on development of technical documentation on land management concerning creation of the documents certifying the property right to the parcel of land in case of free registration and issue in 2009 to citizens of Ukraine of the state acts on the property right to the parcels of land" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 71, the Art. 2450).

3. To the Ministry of Economics, the environment and agricultural industry together with Public service concerning geodesy, cartography and the inventory in three-months time to provide development and deployment of the software as a part of the State land cadastre necessary for implementation of this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except the subitem 1, of paragraphs of the sixth - the thirteenth, twenty eighth - the thirty second, thirty ninth - the forty second subitem 2 Items 1, of item 4 of the changes approved by this resolution which become effective in three months from the date of publication of this resolution.
