About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. To Federal Antimonopoly Service within a month from the date of entry into force of this resolution to review established for 2026 and subjects to application since October 1, 2026 in the territory of Kursk region:

the extreme maximum levels of the prices (rates) for the services in transfer of electrical energy on the power networks belonging on the property right or other legal cause to the territorial network organizations rendered to the consumers who are not belonging to the population and the categories of consumers equated to it;

the extreme minimum levels of the prices (rates) for the services in transfer of electrical energy on the power networks belonging on the property right or other legal cause to the territorial network organizations rendered to the consumers who are not belonging to the population and the categories of consumers equated to it.

3. To executive body of Kursk region in the field of state regulation of rates within 5 days after review of the maximum and minimum levels by limiting Federal Antimonopoly Service of the prices (rates) for the services in transfer of electrical energy on the power networks belonging on the property right or other legal cause to the territorial network organizations rendered to the consumers who are not belonging to the population and the categories of consumers equated to it according to Item 2 of this resolution to review the single (boiler) tariffs for the services in transfer of electrical energy rendered to the consumers who are not belonging to the population and the categories of consumers equated to it established for 2026 and subject to application since October 1, 2026 in the territory of Kursk region.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
