Regulations on branches of foreign rating agencies

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Provision determines procedure for opening of branches of foreign rating agencies (further if other is not established, – branch) in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, the bases and procedure for the termination of their activities, the requirement to activities of branches, including regarding scoping, terms and procedure for disclosure of information by them, procedure for maintaining the register of branches of foreign rating agencies (further if other is not established, – the register) and structure of the data included in it.

The foreign rating agency is understood as the legal entity created according to the legislation of foreign state and who acquired the right to implementation of rating activities according to the legislation of this state.
