About creation of the Center of criminalistic examinations under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan

1. Create the Center of criminalistic examinations under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan.

2. 4. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the Center of criminalistic examinations under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan.

To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Ministry of homeland security of Turkmenistan to develop and approve the Procedure for the organization and production of criminalistic examinations and researches by the Center of criminalistic examinations under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan in a month.

6. To the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan to make the changes in the Government budget of Turkmenistan following from this resolution.

7. Make changes to the following acts of the President of Turkmenistan;
