1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the Central military hospital of the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan of name of Great Saparmurat Turkmenbasha.

2. Determine that the structure and the number of staff of the Central military hospital of the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan of name of Great Saparmurat Turkmenbasha affirms the Minister of Defence of Turkmenistan within the general number of staff established for the Ministry.

3. Determine that operation and content of the building of the Central military hospital of the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan of name of Great Saparmurat Turkmenbasha, and also purchase of medicines, medical supplies, means and the equipment are financed by means of the State fund of financial support of bodies of defense industry and law enforcement agencies of Turkmenistan.

4. To the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan:

provide assignment for providing the military personnel with cash, ware allowance and food of patients of the Central military hospital of the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan of name of Great Saparmurat Turkmenbasha from the Government budget of Turkmenistan;

make the changes following from Item 3 of this resolution to the Government budget of Turkmenistan.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Minister of Defence of Turkmenistan Mammetgeldyev A.
