About recognition voided some orders
According to Items 2 and 8 of article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About legal acts" I ORDER:
1. Recognize invalid some orders according to the list according to appendix to this order (further - the List).
2. To provide to department of rule-making and international cooperation of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service after its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service supervising questions of anti-corruption policy.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication, except for Items 2, 3 and 4 Lists which become effective since August 13, 2026.
