About approval of descriptions of the certificate of the stateless person, the certificate of the refugee and the residence permit

For the purpose of enhancement of work on certification to stateless persons, certificates of the refugee and residence permits in Turkmenistan I decide:

1. Approve the enclosed descriptions:

certificates of the stateless person;

certificates of the refugee;

residence permit.

2. To the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan to allocate necessary assignments to Public service of Turkmenistan on registration of foreign citizens for the production of forms of certificates of the stateless person, certificates of the refugee and residence permits specified in Item 1 of this resolution, and acquisition of the equipment for issue of the specified documents.

3. Determine that residence permits in Turkmenistan and certificates of the stateless person of old sample keep the action before their global exchange.

4. Recognize invalid the paragraph third Item 1 and item 4 of the resolution of the President of Turkmenistan from 20 Alp Arslan as 2002 No. 5833 "About enhancement of procedure for provision to foreign citizens and stateless persons of permissions to permanent residence in Turkmenistan" (Collection of acts of the President of Turkmenistan and decisions of the Government of Turkmenistan, 2002, No. 8, the Art. 382).
