1. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on procedure for state registration and accounting of legal entities;

structure of the Interdepartmental commission on state registration of legal entities on positions;

the staff list of central office of Public service on foreign investments in case of the President of Turkmenistan (without service personnel).

2. Determine that state registration of legal entities is performed no more than 14 working days after reception of an application about registration in time.

3. To provide to national institute of the state statistics and information of Turkmenistan, the Main State Tax Service of Turkmenistan and bank institutions of Turkmenistan statistical and tax accounting of subjects of registration, opening of bank accounts within 3 working days after decision making about state registration.

4. Hyakimlikam of the cities and etraps on a grant basis to confirm legal address to subjects of registration, irrespective of their form of business, no later than one working day after filing of application.
