About some questions of enhancement of structure of the Ministry of Energy and Industry of Turkmenistan
For the purpose of accomplishment of the tasks provided by the National program "The Strategy of Economic, Political and Cultural Development of Turkmenistan for the Period till 2020" on increase in efficiency of activities of electric power industry of Turkmenistan, and also enhancement of management of it I decide:
1. Rename with 1 Gorkut of 2005. The Turkmen state power technological corporation "Kuvvat" of the Ministry of Energy and Industry of Turkmenistan in the State electrical power corporation "Turkmenenergo" of the specified Ministry.
2. Assign to the State electrical power corporation "Turkmenenergo" of the Ministry of Energy and Industry of Turkmenistan centralized accomplishment of functions on realization of electrical energy and implementation of payment under the obligations arising in case of accomplishment of this type of activity.
3. Approve the enclosed list of the companies which are part of the State electrical power corporation "Turkmenenergo" Ministries of Energy and Industry of Turkmenistan.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Vice-chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Berdyev A. K.
