About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About physical culture and sport"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About physical culture and sport" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2000, No. 5, the Art. 261) the following changes:

"Article 3. Basic concepts

For the purposes of this Law the following basic concepts are used:

1) Asian games, the Asian Paralympic Games and Asian Deaflympics - the sports meets spent each four years among athletes from all countries of Asia under the auspices of the Olympic council of Asia and also among athletes with disability with defeat of the musculoskeletal device and organs of vision;

2) the prohibited substances and (or) methods in sport (further - dope) - chemical compounds (substances, drugs) and the methods included in the prohibited list of the international standard of the World Anti-Doping Agency including use or attempt of use of substance and (or) the method included in lists of the substances and (or) methods prohibited for use in sport;

3) normative bases of physical training - set of evaluation criteria (standard rates) of physical fitness in age aspect which are consistently covering the population of the Kyrgyz Republic;

4) the Olympic Movement - the international social movement aimed at the development of sport as one of means of achievement of physical and spiritual perfection of the person, strengthening of the international sports cooperation;

5) Paralympic movement - part of the international Olympic Movement combining in the ranks of the organization and persons with limited opportunities of health which purpose is development of sport as one of means of achievement of physical and spiritual perfection of the person, strengthening international cooperation and familiarizing of persons with disability to sports, healthy lifestyle;
