Some questions of identification and accounting of waste which owner is not established

According to part six of Article 12 and Item "About Waste management" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides 14 parts one of article 19 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Approve the Procedure for identification and accounting of waste which owner is not established which is applied.

2. The list of the types of activity relating to nature protection actions, No. 1147 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 17, 1996 (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 18, Art. 505), to add with Item 74-2 of the following content:

"74-2. Sampling on the location of waste which owner is not established, determination of structure and properties of waste, tool and laboratory researches of indicators of structure and properties of water, soils and emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air.".

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

Procedure for identification and accounting of waste which owner is not established

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of detection and accounting of waste which owner is not established, for the purpose of further establishment of their owner and effective management of such waste.
