1. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on the Ministry of Construction and Building Materials Industry of Turkmenistan;

structure of central office of the Ministry of Construction and Building Materials Industry of Turkmenistan;

the list of the companies and organizations which are part of the Ministry of Construction and Building Materials Industry of Turkmenistan;

2. Establish the number of staff of employees of central office of the Ministry of Construction and Building Materials Industry of Turkmenistan in number of 65 people (without personnel on protection and servicing of buildings).

3. Permit the Minister of Construction and Building Materials Industry of Turkmenistan to have 3 deputies, including the one first deputy.

4. Declare invalid the resolution of the President of Turkmenistan from 26 Baydak 2001 No. 5103 "Questions of the Ministry of Construction and Building Materials Industry of Turkmenistan" (Collection of acts of the President of Turkmenistan and decisions of the Government of Turkmenistan, 2001, No. 2, the Art. 136).
