About modification of requirements to service providers of electronic identification and electronic confidential services

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the requirements to service providers of electronic identification and electronic confidential services approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 28, 2024 No. 764 "Some questions of electronic identification and electronic confidential services" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2024, No. 63, the Art. 3762), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Items 2-4 of changes, approved by this resolution which become effective since September 1, 2026.

Changes which are made to requirements to service providers of electronic identification and electronic confidential services

1. Add requirements with Item 24-1 of the following content:

"24-1. In regulations it is determined procedure for reducing and entering into the qualified digital signature certificate or seals of data concerning surname, own name and middle name (in the presence) of the user of electronic confidential services which total length exceeds 64 symbols.".

2. The nineteenth Item 102 to exclude the paragraph.
