Description of the breastplate of "MERDANA SERHETCI" I of degree

The breastplate of "MERDANA SERHETCI" I of degree has the form of the correct octagon of the green color which is one of basic elements of the State Emblem of Turkmenistan entered in the imagined circle with a diameter of 40 mm. The octagon is formed by corners of two squares displaced on the relation to each other.

The central part of the breastplate is occupied by the image of the Turkmen national board, slightly convex, cone-shaped from the center, on two crossed sabers-gylych.
