About measures of the state accounting and control of use of water resources

For the purpose of ensuring rational use and protection of water resources, according to article 87 of the Water code of the Kyrgyz Republic, Articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

1) Regulations on procedure for maintaining the state water inventory according to appendix 1;

2) Regulations on procedure for conducting the state accounting and control of use of waters in the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.

2. To the state bodies involved in implementation of this resolution:

1) to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution;

2) to take the measures following from this resolution.

3. Determine that the realization of this resolution is enabled within means of the involved state bodies provided by the republican budget on corresponding and the next years.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
