To provide to the ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation accession of information systems and (or) programs for the electronic computers determined by the Government of the Russian Federation according to Item 6 of article 3 of the Federal law "About Non-profit Organizations" to the federal state information system "Single System of Identification and Authentication in the Infrastructure Providing Information and Technological Interaction of the Information Systems Used for Provision of the State and Municipal Services Electronically".
3. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2026.
