This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for paragraphs of the fifth, sixth, seventh (in the part concerning procedure for establishment and payment of other surcharges), the eighth - the eleventh subitem "g" of Item of 3 changes approved by this resolution which become effective since January 1, 2027.
