Article 5.2 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the cultural capital of Azerbaijan - the city of Shusha" (The collection of legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2021, No. 6 (the Book I), Article 562 (Volume I); 2026, 1, Article 11) to state No. in the following edition:
"5.2. It is forbidden to damage or destroy the monuments located in the territory of the city of Shushi, to move them to other place without the consent of the body (organization) determined by the relevant executive body and also to carry out the construction, installation, restoration, reconstruction, conservation or recovery work breaking their integrity and posing for them threat".
