About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Traffic Safety"

Article 1. No. ZR-166 "About traffic safety" (further - the Law) after words of "body" to add the second offer of part 4 of article 15 of the Law of July 8, 2005 with words of "the state authorized body in the field of internal affairs of the Republic of Armenia", and the words "and polices" in the same offer to exclude.

Article 2. In article 29 of the Law:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 2 of part 1 of the word "conclusion of competent authority" "information";

2) dopolnitchastyam 2.1 and 2.2 following of content:

"2.1. Information on the state of health of person, stipulated in Item 2 parts of 1 this Article, from the moment of entering into system of electronic health care is automatically transferred to the electronic register of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia based on which the right of this person to maintaining in the automatic mode stops.

2.2. About the termination of the right of vehicle control provided by part 2.1 of this Article, this person is notified by reflection of the relevant information on the personal page of electronic platform of state registration and accounting of vehicles, and in the presence of that - also by sending the message for the e-mail address or number of the mobile phone, provided to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 3.

1. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication, except for Item 2 of article 2 of this Law.

2. Item 2 of article 2 of this law becomes effective from the date of ensuring interaction between system of electronic health care and the corresponding electronic register of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.
