1. Found Fund of credit guarantees.

2. Approve the Charter, Structure, Regulations on the Board of trustees and structure of the Board of trustees of Fund of credit guarantees (appendices 1, 2, 3 and 4).

3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to resolve organizational and financial matters of Fund of credit guarantees.

4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 2, 2015 No. 187 "About the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan" the following amendments:

- 1 after the word of "values" to add the seventh paragraph of Item 12 of appendix with the words "and Fund charter of credit guarantees";

- add appendix 4 with the eleventh paragraph of the following content:

"Fund of credit guarantees".

Fund charter of credit guarantees

1. General provisions

1. The fund of credit guarantees (further – Fund) is founded as the non-profit organization responsible for realization of mechanisms of credit guarantees in the Republic of Tajikistan.
