1. Approve the Action plan of the State program of assistance of employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2023-2027 in 2026-2027 it (is applied).

To the relevant ministries and departments, executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas within the provided means of the government budget and other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan to take specific measures for implementation of this Action plan and by results quarterly to provide information in the Ministry of Labour, migrations and employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan.
3. To the Ministry of Labour, migration and employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan every half-year to provide information to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan about the course of implementation of this Action plan.
