1. General provisions

Rules of receipt of the energy made from renewable energy resources in power systems and its realization to consumers (further – these rules) are determined by procedure for connection of installations of renewable energy resources to power networks, conditions of their use, accounting and payment of the made electrical energy, the requirement and the rule of development of renewable energy resources in the Republic of Tajikistan, and regulate conditions of commissioning and the relation between producers of energy from renewable energy resources (further – RES) and the organizations providing electric utility service, and also mechanisms of accounting and payment of the made electrical energy.
