About modification of appendix to the Order of the director of Customs Service No. 563-O/2023 on approval of the Technical rules concerning requirements to data for filling of the customs declaration

No. 68-76, 143), with subsequent changes, and item 276 of Regulations about application of the Customs code approved by the Order of the Government No. 92/2023 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 93-96, 193), with subsequent changes,

I ORDER:

1. In the Technical rules concerning requirements to data for filling of the customs declaration, approved by the Order of the director of Customs Service No. 563-O/2023 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 527-531, 1324), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

In Chapter II, section B:

- at the end to add column 2 with the text of the following content: "In case of the international mailings returned to the country to platforms of electronic trading the mark "Diverse" is specified, and the list of the documents confirming export is attached to the customs declaration.";

- to add the column 15 after the words "In case of Declaring" with the text of the following content: "the international mailings returned to the country to platforms of electronic trading or".

2. To confer responsibility for execution of this order on chiefs of customs bureaus.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on Department of the income and customs control.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
