About modification and the amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan directed to enhancement of support of gifted pupils

For the purpose of expansion of network of Presidential, creative and specialized schools and strengthening of their material and technical resources, creation of more favorable conditions for continuation of activities for enhancement of system of identification, selection, training and education of gifted youth by them I decide:

1. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan providing enhancement of activities of Fund of support of gifted youth for the Agency of specialized educational institutions (further - Fund) and expansion of sources of forming of fund, according to appendix.

2. Determine that the income of Fund in 2026 is created at the expense of the exceeded part of the plan of the income of the republican budget following the results of the II quarter in the amount of 100 billion sum, and also by the direction of appropriate means of extrabudgetary funds of the ministries and departments based on the decision of the Board of trustees of Fund.

3. To the Ministry of Economics and finance since 2027 taking into account the reasonable calculations of the Ministry of preschool and school education and means expected to allocation by the ministries and departments to provide in parameters of the Government budget necessary means for forming of fund.

4. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
