Make changes to the Regulations on procedure for application of privilege on income tax regarding the means which are voluntarily directed to individual accumulation retirement accounts of citizens in People's Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance and State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 3, 2010 No. No. 37, 2010-20 (рег. No. 2111 from 2010 on June 4) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2010, No. 22, the Art. 180), according to appendix.
2. This resolution is approved with Joint commercial People's Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. This resolution becomes effective after three months from the date of its official publication.
