About modification of some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and Board of the Eurasian economic commission

According to item 4 of the Protocol on technical regulation within the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix № 9 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and Item 5 of appendix № 2 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 № 98, Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Bring in decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and Board of the Eurasian economic commission of change according to appendix.

2. Ask the governments of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - state members) in case of ensuring access to texts of techniques of researches (testing) and measurements, and also other documents excluded according to Item 1 of this Decision from lists of the standards containing rules and methods of researches (testing) and measurements, including the rules of sampling necessary for application and execution of requirements of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union and implementation of assessment of conformity of objects of technical regulation to provide till January 1, 2027 submission to the Eurasian economic commission of offers on modification of appendix to this Decision in the part concerning preserving these techniques and documents in the specified lists.

3. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, except for Item 1, which becomes effective since January 1, 2028.
