About development of agroecotourism

For the purpose of realization of task on high-quality agroecotourism for development of the rural territories and preserving traditional tenors of life and cultural heritage, improvement of living conditions of citizens in the rural zone and small residential locations, enhancement of rural infrastructure, promoting of cultural, healthy and active life I decide:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure of activities for rendering services in the field of agroecotourism it (is applied).

2. Determine that decisions on application by subjects of agroecotourism – physical persons of collection for implementation of activities for rendering services in the field of agroecotourism, accepted by local executive and administrative organs before entry into force of Item 1 of this Decree, are effective before the expiration of the term determined in such decisions and are not subject to prolongation, and in the absence of effective period in them – till December 31, 2026.

3. For the purposes of this Decree terms are used in the values determined in appendix 1.

4. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix 2).

5. Recognize invalid presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix 3).

6. In three-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.

7. To regional executive committees to take measures for implementation of this Decree.

8. Grant the right to public institution "National tourism agency" to explain questions of application of this Decree.

9. To impose control over the implementation of this Decree on Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.
