1. Approve the enclosed list of the documents provided by acts of Universal Postal Union and accompanying the international mailings which can be used as customs declarations.

2. Declare invalid the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 18, 2010 No. 310 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for use of the documents provided by acts of Universal Postal Union as the customs declaration".

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
