1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for carrying out experiment on implementation of retail trade by medicines for medical application with use of mobile pharmaceutical units.
2. Determine that the experiment on implementation of retail trade by medicines for medical application with use of mobile pharmaceutical units does not extend to the medicines for medical application released free of charge or at a discount to the citizens having the right to providing with medicines at the expense of means of budgetary appropriations of the federal budget and budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation.
3. The implementation of actions, provided by this resolution, is performed by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation within the established number of staff of employees of the specified Ministry and budgetary appropriations provided to the Ministry on management and management in the field of the established functions.
4. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2026 (except for provisions of Items 19, of 23, 24 and 26 - 28 Provisions, approved by this resolution, regarding use of the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)" which become effective since March 1, 2027) and is effective till September 1, 2029.
