About the document reflecting calculation and payment or application of release from utilization collection

Based on paragraph one of part two of Item 2, of subitem 5.2 of Item 5, of Item 6 of article 306-1 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish the document form, reflecting calculation and payment or application of release from utilization collection, according to appendix 1.

2. Approve the Instruction about procedure for filling, representation, registration, modification, and also cancellation of the document reflecting calculation and payment or application of release from utilization collection it (is applied).

3. Authorize:

3.1. The Brest, Vitebsk, Gomel, Grodno regional, Minsk regional, Mogilev customs on adoption of the documents reflecting calculation and payment or application of release from utilization collection, provided concerning the vehicles specified in subitems 1.5-1.7 of Item 1 of article 301 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus;

3.2. The Brest, Vitebsk, Gomel, Grodno regional, Minsk regional, Mogilev customs in which region of activities there is location (residence) of the payer of utilization collection, on creation of the notification on the amounts of customs payments, other payments which are not paid at the scheduled time which collection is assigned to customs authorities, concerning the vehicles specified in subitems 1.3-1.7 of Item 1 of article 301 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus;

3.3. The Minsk regional customs on implementation of collection of utilization collection concerning the vehicles specified in subitems 1.3-1.7 of Item 1 of article 301 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus.

4. Recognize invalid resolutions of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 2.

5. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
