Some questions of functioning of the Digital integrated information and analytical system of preparation and monitoring of public investment projects and programs of public investments (DREAM)
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Regulations on the Digital integrated information and analytical system of preparation and monitoring of public investment projects and programs of public investments (DREAM) which are applied.
2. To provide to the ministry of development of communities and territories:
together with the State agency of recovery and development of infrastructure transfer within three months from the date of entry into force of this resolution of the Single digital integrated information and analytical management system process of recovery of real estate units, construction and the infrastructure created according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 15, 2022 No. 1286 "About implementation of the pilot project on creation, implementation and ensuring functioning of the Single digital integrated information and analytical management system with process of recovery of real estate units, constructions and infrastructures" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 92, Art. 5738; 2023, No. 48, the Art. 2654), on administration in the state company "Reintegration and Recovery";
upgrade and modification of the Single digital integrated information and analytical management system process of recovery of real estate units, construction and the infrastructure created according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 15, 2022 No. 1286 "About implementation of the pilot project on creation, implementation and ensuring functioning of the Single digital integrated information and analytical management system with process of recovery of real estate units, constructions and infrastructures" for its further functioning as the digital integrated information and analytical system of preparation and monitoring of public investment projects and programs of public investments (DREAM).
