Based on parts two and third Item 9 of the Regulations on features of assessment of conformity of products for which technical requirements in the field of safety when using atomic energy are established of processes of its development, designing, researches, productions, constructions, installation, adjustments, operation (use), storage, transportation (transportation), realization, utilization and the burial approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 9, 2023 No. 668, the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish:
the list of products according to appendix 1, the subject obligatory certification within National system of confirmation of conformity of the Republic of Belarus delivered on the republican unitary enterprise "Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant";
list of documents (their structural elements) according to appendix 2, containing technical requirements in the field of safety when using atomic energy to products which are subject to obligatory certification within National system of confirmation of conformity of the Republic of Belarus delivered on the republican unitary enterprise "Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
