1. Approve Regulations on the State register of printing mass media and news agencies as subjects of information activities which is applied.

2. To the state company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine:

perform actions for creation and support of the software of the State register of printing mass media and news agencies as subjects of information activities (further - the Register) which would meet modern standards of preserving and information security;

provide implementation of the Register.

3. Establish rate:

for issue of the reduced excerpt from the Register - in the amount of 17 UAH;

for issue of complete excerpt from the Register - in the amount of 84 UAH.
