In pursuance of Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 14.04.2004 No. 488 "About approval of the Procedure for conducting check of ecological indicators of oil products which are implemented by wholesale and retail trade" we ORDER:
1. Approve the Order of interaction of state control bodies during conducting check of ecological indicators of oil products which are implemented by wholesale and retail trade which is applied.
2. To provide to department of consumer policy of consumer protection and state supervision of Gospotrebstandart of Ukraine and State ecological inspection provision of the order on state registration in accordance with the established procedure in the Ministry of Justice.
3. To the head of department cases and control of use of property of Gospotrebstandart and to the chief of the State ecological inspection to bring this order to the attention of heads of territorial authorities and special divisions of Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources and Gospotrebstandart.
