I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders to which changes are made (further - the List).

2. To provide to department of special social services of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication, except for paragraphs of the fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh, twelfth, fifteenth, sixteenth Item 1, of Item 2, of paragraphs of the fourth and fifth Item 3, of Item 4, of paragraphs of the fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh, thirteenth, seventeenth Item 5, of Item 6 of the List which are entered since July 12, 2026.
