Rules of filling of the declaration on private interests

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of filling of the declaration on private interests (further - Rules) are developed according to Item 1 of article 15-5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About anti-corruption" and determine procedure for filling of the declaration on private interests and its form.

2. The concepts used in these rules:

1) private interest - interest of person holding responsible state position, person authorized on accomplishment of the state functions, person equated to persons authorized on accomplishment of the state functions, the official in acquisition, obtaining or extraction of the benefits, benefits or benefits of property and (or) non-property nature to itself, the close relatives, the spouse (spouses), cousins-in-laws and (or) other related persons;

2) close relatives are parents (parent), children, adoptive parents (adopters), the adopted (adopted), full and not full brothers and sisters, the grandfather, the grandmother, grandsons;
