About creation of Academy of intellectual technologies

For the purpose of strengthening of scientific and technological safety of the Republic of Belarus, training of specialists for innovative knowledge-intensive sectors of national economy, and also for development, implementation, realization of modern models of educational programs and technologies I decide:

1. Create public institution of the higher education "Academy of intellectual technologies" (further, unless otherwise specified, – Academy).

2. Approve:

The regulations on Regulations of Admission of persons in public institution of the higher education "Academy of intellectual technologies" and features of the organization of educational process (are applied);

the structure of the supervisory board of public institution of the higher education "Academy of intellectual technologies" (is applied).

3. Determine that Academy:

3.1. performs training of specialists in the field of natural sciences, industrial and digital technologies, and also in other perspective directions, the corresponding requirements of economy;

3.2. acts as the basic organization for development and application of experimental educational programs for the new directions with their further implementation in other institutions of higher education;

3.3. independently develops and approves educational programs of the higher, the scientific oriented, additional education, determines the features of the organization of educational process which are not provided by this Decree;

3.4. undergoes licensing of educational activities and the state accreditation (confirmation of the state accreditation) without requirements imposed to this type of organization of education;

3.5. is subject of innovative infrastructure (the scientific and technological park), can create the organizations performing innovative activities for commercialization of developments.
