1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 15.02.2013 No. 44

2. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent:

in two weeks to determine dislocation of self-government institutions of citizens (descents of citizens of settlements, kishlaks, auls and makhally) to whom appointment and allowance payment to families with children aged up to 14 years, proceeding from the number of the families living in the territories of these self-government institutions of citizens is assigned;

provide compensation to chairmen (aksakals) and secretaries of descents of citizens makhally of means of the local budget;

together with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Makhallya charity foundation till January 1, 1997 to carry out on places study with employees of self-government institutions of citizens concerning the organization of social support of families and identification of the families needing this support.

3. To the Ministry of Finance together with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Uzbekistan in week time to develop and approve procedure for financing of allowance payment to families with children aged up to 14 years.
