About system of traceability of goods

For the purpose of implementation of the Agreement on the mechanism of traceability of the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2019, and also strengthening of control of turnover of goods in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to article 51 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, Articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for use of system of traceability of goods according to appendix.

2. Determine that the taxpayer:

1) from the date of entry into force of this resolution shall apply system of traceability of goods according to the procedure, specified in Item 1 of this resolution, to the goods included in the list approved by the Eurasian economic commission according to the Agreement on the mechanism of traceability of the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union;

2) shall provide reduction of virtual remaining balance of goods in system of traceability of goods in compliance with their actual remaining balance till the October 1, 2026, except for the goods acquired for use as fixed assets and not intended for further realization.

3. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About accounting and goods control in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 14, 2022 No. 220 the following changes:

1) in word preamble "implementation of the Agreement on the mechanism of traceability of the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2019, and also" to exclude;
