About introduction of temporary ban on import of separate types of construction materials to the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic

According to article 47 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Establish the temporary ban imposed after three days after entry into force of this resolution for a period of six months on import from the third countries to the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of separate types of the construction materials specified in appendix 1.

2. Determine what will lock, specified in Item 1 of this resolution, does not extend to goods:

1) the following en route through the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2) imported from the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union;

4) imported within implementation of the investment projects provided by the international treaties and agreements which became effective according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. To the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic no later than three days before entry into force of this resolution in accordance with the established procedure to notify the World Trade Organization and the Eurasian economic commission on introduction of the temporary ban specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
