About modification of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on transportation of passengers, dangerous goods and dangerous wastes by air transport
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on transportation of the passengers, dangerous goods and dangerous wastes by air transport approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 10, 2017 No. 134 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 24, the Art. 678), changes which are applied.
2. Determine that:
the term during which the licensees having licenses for implementation of economic activity on transportation of passengers, dangerous goods and dangerous wastes by air transport give to body of licensing of the data specified in the subitem 2 of Item 7 of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on transportation of the passengers, dangerous goods and dangerous wastes by air transport approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 10, 2017 No. 134 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 24, the Art. 678), taking into account the changes approved by this resolution constitutes two months from the date of entry into force of the present the resolution;
the term during which the licensees having licenses for implementation of economic activity on transportation of passengers, dangerous goods and dangerous wastes by air transport give to body of licensing of the data specified in the subitem 3 of Item 7 of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on transportation of the passengers, dangerous goods and dangerous wastes by air transport approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 10, 2017 No. 134, taking into account the changes approved by this resolution constitutes five months from the date of the termination or cancellation of warlike situation in Ukraine.
