For the purpose of process optimization of internal check of documents, 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides issues of the veterinary and sanitary conclusions represented for the subsequent registration of subjects of entrepreneurship in information systems within the Government Accelerators program according to articles:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of acts in the field of veterinary science" of August 24, 2017 No. 528 the following changes:

1) in Item 1:

- third to declare the paragraph invalid;

- add with the paragraph of the following content:

"-Regulations on state registration, accounting of the objects under control to the state veterinary supervision, and on procedure for maintaining the digital register according to appendix 4.";

To add 2) with appendix 4 in edition according to appendix to this resolution.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of acts in the field of veterinary science" of August 24, 2017 No. 528" of May 13, 2026 No. 339.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
