About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

I ORDER:

1. Bring in Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of September 03, 2022 No. 3734/5 "About streamlining of the relations on state registration of the birth and receipt of documents on the birth in the conditions of warlike situation", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 05, 2022 at No. 1009/38345, the following changes:

1) in subitem 1:

the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"1) state registration of the birth of physical person and its origin which birth occurred during action of warlike situation in limits of the administrative and territorial unit included in the list of the territories in which are conducted (were conducted) fighting or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation, the development of communities and the territories of Ukraine approved by the Ministry for which date of completion of fighting or temporary occupation is not determined, can be carried out according to the statement for the state registration of the birth constituted in any form, the electronic copy (the scanned copy, photocopy) of which together with the electronic copies (scanned by copies, photocopies) of the medical document that according to the legislation is the basis for carrying out state registration of the birth (further - the medical document on the birth), and other documents necessary for such registration goes to the e-mail address of department of state registration of acts of civil status of Management of state registration of interregional management of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine which competence extends to the territory of the Chernivtsi region.";

"The central department of state registration of acts of civil status of Management of state registration of the Central interregional management of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Kiev)" shall be replaced with words words "department of state registration of acts of civil status of Management of state registration of interregional management of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine which competence extends to the territory of the city of Kiev,";

"Southwest interregional management of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Ivano-Frankivsk)" shall be replaced with words words "The Ivano-Frankivsk interregional management of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine";

3) in subitem 3:

word in paragraph one "To the central department of state registration of acts of civil status of Management of state registration of the Central interregional management of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words (Kiev) "department of state registration of acts of civil status of Management of state registration of interregional management of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine which competence extends to the territory of the city of Kiev,";

in the paragraph the second "The central department of state registration of acts of civil status of Management of state registration of the Central interregional management of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Kiev)" shall be replaced with words words "department of state registration of acts of civil status of Management of state registration of interregional management of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine which competence extends to the territory of the city of Kiev,".

2. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine which are attached.

3. To the administrator of the State register of acts of civil status of citizens to take the adequate measures necessary for implementation of this order.
