The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of medicines, wholesale and retail trade by medicines, import of medicines (except active pharmaceutical ingredients) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 30, 2016 No. 929 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 99, Art. 3217; 2021, No. 78, Art. 4933; 2023, No. 77, Art. 4358; 2025, No. 11, Art. 881, No. 34, Art. 2280, No. 64, Art. 4389; 2026, No. 7, the Art. 597), changes which are applied.
2. Determine that licensees file to body of licensing the documents specified in subitems 3, 4 Items 7 of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of medicines, wholesale and retail trade by medicines, import of the medicines (except active pharmaceutical ingredients) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 30, 2016 No. 929, taking into account changes, the utverzhdennyenastoyashchy resolution not later than within six months from the date of entry into force of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective in two months from the date of its publication, except subitems 2, 3 Items 1, of Items 12-15, 17 of changes which are made to the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of medicines, wholesale and retail trade by medicines, import of medicines (except active pharmaceutical ingredients) approved by this resolution which become effective since March 3, 2026.
