According to Item 1 of Article 146-4 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of conducting personnel processes of public institutions and subjects of the quasi-public sector in digital personnel system.

2. To provide to department of digital selection and personnel processes of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service supervising questions of digitalization of public service.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication, except for parts two of Item 8 of Rules of conducting personnel processes of public institutions and subjects of the quasi-public sector in digital personnel system which becomes effective since January 1, 2027.
