SOLVED:
1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the National commission on securities and the stock market concerning accounts presentation which are applied.
2. To provide to department of methodology submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To provide to management of administrative activities promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
4. Department of legal development, after state registration of the decision by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to provide publication of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
5. This decision becomes effective since March 01, 2026, but not earlier than the day following behind day of its official publication.
6. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the member of the National commission on securities and the stock market Yu. Shapovala.
