1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after sixty calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of marking and traceability of separate types of lubricating oils, lubricants and special automobile liquids

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of marking and traceability of separate types of lubricating oils, lubricants and special automobile liquids (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 2) of article 7-2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On regulation of trading activity" (further - the Law) and determine procedure for marking of separate types of lubricating oils, lubricants and special automobile liquids (further - lubricants), means of identification and their further traceability in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. In these rules the following determinations and reducings are used:

1) aggregation is set of the actions directed to establishment of logical interrelation between codes of identification of separate units of the marked goods and the identification code applied on group or shipping package for the purpose of possibility of tracking of the enclosed content without opening of the specified packaging;

2) the hardware and software - set of the software and the technical means jointly applied to the solution of the tasks of certain type connected with marking and traceability of goods;
